Children's Hospice

CRF is actively supporting hospice services and facilities for children and young adults. Initially, CFR is raising funds to establish a children's hospice facility in or near the Hollywood area of Los Angeles, adjacent to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). This project, known as "Metta Maria," aims to act as a safe haven for dying kids to promote the likelihood that a child may pass peacefully and in as little pain and discomfort as possible, and in as close to ideal 'home like' conditions as possible rather than in the ICU or in transit to or from the hospital.

CRF is committed to assisting bring to an end child homelessness in the United States, and is currently focused on ending child homelessness in Los Angeles. CRF is dedicated to working with existing entities in the Hollywood and Skid Row areas.
